III International Competition on Mathematics BRICSMATH.COM launched in India
On November 13, III International Competition on Mathematics for Children, BRICSMATH.COM timed to the XI BRICS Summit (Brasilia, November 13-14, 2019) by UCHI.RU education platform (Russia) was launched at a solemn ceremony in GD Goenka Public School in New Delhi attended by the Russian Embassy and the Russian Centre of Science and Culture (RCSC) representatives. <br />

Among the honourable guests of the event were H.E. Mr Nikolay Kudashev, Ambassador of Russia, Н.E. Mr Andre Aranha Correa do Lago, Ambassador of Brazil, other representatives of the five countries’ group, Mr Fedor Rozovsky, Head of the RCSC, as well as the Ministry of Human Resource Development, the Central Board of Secondary Education, NITI Aayog, FICCI officials.<br />

As stressed at the ceremony, with every passing year BRICSMATH.COM is becoming more popular in BRICS member states, uniting the young generation of the group. As estimated by the organizers, 2019 will see approximately 2 million contestants.<br />

In his remarks, the Chief of the Russian Diplomatic Mission expressed confidence that this contest while offering the students an opportunity to test themselves regardless of social background and geographical location will become a symbol of fair play, transparent and just competition, according to the approach the five states jointly promote in world affairs.<br />
