On December 12, at the Oil & Gas Annual Conference & Expo 2024 hosted by The Times Group, Deputy Trade Representative of Russia in India Evgeny Griva addressed a panel session dedicated to the global LNG market.
Evgeny Griva spoke in detail about the prospects for cooperation between Russia and India in the LNG supplies, noting the key advantages of Russian hydrocarbons. He also underscored the inefficiency of specialized Western sanctions against Russia, which is confirmed by the ongoing purchases of Russian gas by European countries.
The discussion was also attended by the top management of the largest Indian oil and gas companies, including Indian Oil Corporation, GAIL, Petronet, etc.
