Russian-Indian Cultural and Educational Center of Leo Tolstoy and Mahatma Gandhi opened in New Delhi
An agreement was signed in New Delhi on the creation of the Russian-Indian cultural and educational Center of Leo Tolstoy and Mahatma Gandhi on the basis of the Delhi school "Dwarka." Its partner will be Moscow school №1409 in the Northern Administrative District.
