Russian IT Association RUSSOFT and Indian IT Association RISING signed a cooperation agreement
RUSSOFT, Russian association of software developers, and Technological Sovereignty Exports Association (Russia) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Russia India Special Interest Group (RISING) on March 29, 2023, in New Delhi in order to develop bilateral relations between India and Russia in the IT sector.
