#Zakharova: Russia’s Permanent Representative to the UN Vasily Nebenzya pointed out that Western countries were responsible for derailing a peaceful settlement and that their neutral status was undermined by their systematic actions to flood the Kiev regime with US and Western weapons and to turn Ukraine into a puppet private military company.
