On behalf of Russian Association for International Cooperation and Russian Friendship Society with India, we cordially congratulate you and all Indian friends on the national holiday - Independence Day of India!
More than 70 years ago, in 1947, thanks to its courage and unity, spiritual ideals and principles, primarily the idea of non-violent resistance, Indian people gained independence. Over the years of independence, India has become one of the leading countries, in many ways shaping the political and economic future of the world.
We highly value the partnership between Russia and India, which is based on the long-standing friendship of our people, rich social and political dialogue, distinguished by mutual trust and constructiveness, including in the field of public diplomacy.
We are confident that through the joint efforts of our organizations and their members, friendship and cooperation between the two countries will further develop and reach a qualitatively new level.
